4. Tracking Information

Leyenda is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Stolen or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, and the shipping carrier.

Leyenda is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen after delivery.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause additional delays that are outside our control.

Refund & Return Policy

At Leyenda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and labels attached

• Be free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Be returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges due to inventory availability.

If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Sale Items

Final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Lost or Undeliverable Returns

International Returns
